Opis:
System monitorowania i nadzorowania procesu autoklawizacji obsługuje pięć autoklawów.
System składa się z części sprzętowej (czujniki pomiarowe, przetworniki, komputer PC), oraz programowej (aplikacja monitorująca, moduł bazy danych).
Podstawowe funkcje aplikacji to:
- akwizycja danych - przetwarzanie danych z przetworników pomiarowych;
- wizualizacja - prezentowanie aktualnych danych na ekranie komputera (status procesów);
- nadzór - zarządzanie procesem autoklawizacji, kontrola procesu;
- archiwizacja - podgląd danych historycznych, zapisanych w bazie danych;
- konfiguracja - konfigurowanie aplikacji (krzywe wzorcowe, alarmy, dopuszczalne granice);
- alarmy - generowanie komunikatów przekroczeń wartości granicznych dla poszczególnych wielkości;
- operatorzy - zarządzanie użytkownikami, operatorami systemu.
